Last month, I took a short trip to Rishikesh with justravels the much needed trip, gave me a break from the usual city chaos. The whole trip was well planned from the get to go, so I didn't have to worry about anything. We started early morning and reached Rishikesh in afternoon. It was a nice drive with Greenhills and a Ganga river visible on the way after we checked in for our stay, we slacked off for an evening just to enjoy the surroundings. The following day, we had a lot to do rafting on the Ganga was my favourite part. It was fun and a bit scary. At the same time. It is the kind of adventure you could die for after that, we went to Laxman Jhula and Ram Jhula, two famous bridges in the town. We walk around the local market and Dug into street food from souvenir shops to local handicraft, there was a lot to discover. The things were a bit overpriced , but I ended up picking a few. The Ganga Aarti at Triveni Ghat in the evening was nothing short of Divine. The lamps and the chanting and the people around the river were peaceful to watch. One of the easiest, but most memorable, part of the trip on the last day, we visited some temples and took a short walk near the river bank before heading home. cudos to the tea, of justravels , the trip was hustle free and really smooth. Every fine detail was catered. The state of cozy, the spots were covered and we were even accomplished by some solo travellers. The environment was pretty safe and yes, I can't wait to go on another trip.
